It's quite nice being home. A little surreal, as Houston isn't really "home" for me anymore, but it's definitely nice to be back in the states. I'm definitely jet lagged, but not as badly as I was when I came back in February. I think the fact that I have a more "normal" schedule here in Texas than we usually have in DC is helping that ( Read more... )

At the beginning of the event, those of us playing Chinese were told to put on our GI uniforms (which we had been told to bring) over our Chinese uniforms, to disguise the numbers of Chinese soldiers to any Americans arriving throughout the day.
